Regular Cleaning — what's included:
- General dusting: walls & doors (up to 1.8 m / 6 ft), surfaces, baseboards (without moving stacked items).
- Bathrooms: mirrors, showers, toilets (no heavy limescale removal).
- Kitchen: degrease countertops, stovetop, cabinet fronts; microwave inside.
- Laundry & bedding: change bed linen; wash & dry during the visit.
- Dishwashing: up to one sink if no dishwasher.
- Floors: vacuum + mop.
- Trash: take out trash at the end.
Deep Cleaning — what's included:
- Full-scope dusting: floor to ceiling, detailed surfaces & decor.
- Bathrooms & tile: deeper grout care (mold removal where possible).
- Kitchen (deep): stubborn grease/dirt removal; microwave inside & out.
- Laundry & bedding: change linen; wash & dry during the session.
- Dishwashing: as part of the service.
- Floors: vacuum + mop; move light furniture where possible.
- Trash: remove garbage upon completion.

We use the Kärcher Puzzi 8/1 — professional extraction for sofas, carpets, mattresses. Safe for kids & pets, strong on stains and odor.
